1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using manntheatres.com, creating an account, purchasing tickets or gift cards, or joining Mann Rewards, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These Terms apply to manntheatres.com, related online services, and purchases or accounts used at participating Mann Theatres locations. The Mann entities covered by these Terms are Mann Theatres Inc., Brainerd Entertainment LLC, and Pen-Isle Limited Partnership, individually or collectively as applicable ("Mann Theatres," "Mann," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Tickets, Pricing, and Checkout

• Ticket prices vary by location, showtime, format, and ticket type (Adult, Senior, Child). The total price shown when you select your tickets, including any mandatory online service fee, is the price you pay; we do not add mandatory fees later in checkout.
• Showtimes may change. If a showtime is canceled or materially changed by us, we will offer exchange or refund for affected tickets price, including the mandatory online service fee.
• Your seat is confirmed when you receive your booking confirmation and booking number.
• Selected seats are held for 10 minutes while you complete checkout. If checkout is not completed in that time, held seats are released for other customers.

3. Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Customers may cancel eligible ticket purchases through the website up to 60 minutes before the scheduled showtime. When an eligible purchase is canceled by you, the ticket price will be refunded, but the mandatory online service fee will be retained. Seats associated with the canceled order will be released. Refunds will be made to the original payment method and may take time to appear, depending on the customer’s financial institution. Orders paid with a gift card are refunded to the gift card.

If Mann Theatres cancels a showtime or makes a material change to it, affected customers will be offered an exchange or refund, as described in Section 2.

4. Admission Policies

• Ratings are enforced. Guests under 17 require an accompanying adult for R-rated films. Valid ID may be required.
• Mann Theatres may refuse admission or remove any guest for disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior. In such cases no refund is owed. This section does not limit Mann Theatres’ obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act or other applicable accessibility laws, including reasonable accommodation of guests with disabilities or service animals.
• Recording of any film is prohibited by law (18 U.S.C. § 2319B; Minn. Stat. § 609.896).
• Children’s admission, senior age thresholds, and any theatre-specific policies are posted at each location.

5. Ticket Delivery and Use

Tickets are delivered by email and by text message if you choose that option at checkout and will appear as a barcode or QR code with a booking number.

6. Mann Rewards (Loyalty Program)

Members earn 1 point per qualifying dollar spent on qualifying purchases. Rewards are earned on a 225-point cycle. Participation in Mann Rewards is governed by the separate Mann Rewards Terms. If those terms conflict with these Website Terms and Conditions, the Mann Rewards Terms control. The public Mann Rewards page summarizes the program but does not modify the Mann Rewards Terms. Mann Rewards have no cash value and are not transferable. We may modify or terminate Mann Rewards, at our discretion, with notice. Mann Rewards accounts obtained or used in violation of the Mann Rewards Terms may be closed and points forfeited.

7. Gift Cards

• Gift cards you purchase from Mann Theatres are redeemable at Mann Theatres locations and online where supported. They have no expiration date and no service, dormancy, or maintenance fee of any kind, as required by Minnesota law.
• Gift cards, credits, or coupons we issue to you for free — for example, as part of a promotion or as a Mann Rewards benefit — may carry their own expiration date or conditions, which we will disclose to you when issued.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
• If your gift card is lost, please contact us.

8. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account and sign-in methods secure and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information. One account per person.
• Mann Theatres may suspend or close accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

9. Payments

Card payments are processed using services provided by third-party payment processors. Additional information about how payment information is collected, used, and protected is provided in our Privacy Policy.

10. Email, Text Messages, and Marketing Consent

Transactional communications — such as ticket delivery, receipts, booking changes, account-security notices, and customer-service messages — are separate from marketing communications.

Text delivery is optional and is not required to make a purchase. You may opt out of ticket texts at any time by replying STOP. We will also honor a clear opt-out request made through any other reasonable method, such as replying in your own words or contacting us using the information in Section 18. After you opt out, we may send one message confirming your request. You may reply HELP for assistance. If you opt out, we will not send ticket texts to that number, but your tickets and receipts will continue to be delivered by email. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to purchase tickets or use the website. Message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply.

Agreeing to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing tickets, joining Mann Rewards, or using our services.

11. Acceptable Use and Automated Access

You may not use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the site, collect showtimes or seat-availability data, hold or purchase seats, or interfere with the operation of the site; you may not probe, overload, or disrupt the services or attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours. Mann Theatres may block, rate-limit, or suspend access that violates this section.

12. Private Events and Group Sales

Private event and group inquiries submitted through the site are requests for information, not bookings. A booking exists only when confirmed in writing by Mann Theatres with agreed terms and any required deposit.

13. Website Content and Intellectual Property

• Site content, including the Mann name and logos, is owned by Mann Theatres or its licensors.
• Film titles, poster art, and studio marks belong to their respective owners and are used under license.
• IMAX and XDX marks are used under the applicable brand guidelines.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The services are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available.’ To the extent permitted by law, Mann Theatres disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Mann Theatres’ total liability for any claim arising from your use of the services is limited to the amount you paid for the ticket, gift card, or other purchase giving rise to the claim. Mann Theatres is not liable for the acts, omissions, or service failures of third-party service providers (including our payment processor and ticketing system) to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Minnesota law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR ANY REMEDY WE MAY HAVE UNDER LAW OR IN EQUITY, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON AT ALL, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, OR VIOLATION OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION, EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Minnesota law. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute resolution proceeding brought by you or Mann Theatres will be conducted only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative action. You and Mann Theatres each waive any right to have a dispute heard or resolved as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

This waiver does not apply to any claim or request for relief that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

If a court determines that this waiver is unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, then that claim or request for relief — and only that claim or request for relief — may proceed on a class, consolidated, or representative basis in court, and the remainder of this waiver will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Changes to These Terms

Mann Theatres may update these Terms and Conditions. The effective date appears at the top. Material changes to Mann Rewards will be communicated to members with reasonable notice.
